Right of withdrawal

Last updated: September 27, 2026

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid Rizzky contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This page explains how, and contains the official withdrawal instructions and form.

In short

  • You have 14 days from the day you conclude the contract, for example from the day you start a subscription.
  • A simple, clear statement is enough, for example an email. You don't need to give a reason.
  • If you asked us to start the service during the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the time you already used. The rest is refunded.
  • Free use of the app and the free tools on this website don't cost anything, so there is nothing to withdraw from.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Subscriptions are currently sold only through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store processes the payment and any refund. The fastest way to withdraw and get your money back is usually through the store:

  • Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the Rizzky purchase and request a refund.
  • Google Play: open your order history in Google Play, choose the Rizzky purchase and request a refund, or use Google Play's refund request page.

You can also send your withdrawal to us directly, using the details below. We will then help you get the refund through the store. [Lawyer review: for App Store purchases Apple sells as commissionaire and is arguably the seller who owes the § 356a BGB withdrawal function; confirm who handles withdrawals for Apple and Google purchases and adjust this paragraph.]

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tobias Scharl (Rizzky), , Germany, email: rizzkyapp@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

[Since 19 June 2026 the statutory model instructions also refer to the electronic withdrawal function. If you offer one (required for contracts concluded on your own online interface), insert the official sentence from the amended Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1(2) EGBGB here, with a link to the function. Otherwise remove this line after legal review.]

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
